My close friend Emma was kind enough to document some time with my youngest, Eadie, before she started school last September. So last week, I returned the favour for her. Her youngest is about to start school and the imminent realisation that she wont be by Emma’s side all day long anymore, prompted us to get together and document a Motherhood session.

I adore these sessions. They remind me again and again of the importance of making the effort, setting some time aside and capturing some really simple moments. There is nothing complicated about these shoots. I simple focus on the connection between Mum and child. Here are a few of my favourites…
