Recently, I had the privilege of spending time with the incredibly talented artist and designer, Sam Rudd, to elevate her online presence and connect her with her ever-growing audience. From the moment I stepped into her creative world, it was clear there was no shortage of inspiration.
As a painter and textile designer, Sam’s work is rooted in storytelling. From the gentle beginnings of her new studio to the creative chaos of sketches, tools of her trade, and her beautifully handcrafted homewares, every corner of her process is a reflection of her artistry. Together with Martin & Cox, our mission was to tell Sam’s story through authentic imagery, inviting her audience into her world and showcasing the magic behind her brand.
Sam’s work conjures the charm of the rural landscape — her paintings and textiles radiate warmth, familiarity, and contentment, making you feel immediately at ease. We captured a collection of images:
