Capturing Rukmini Patel’s Refreshed Brand Identity

 

One of the most rewarding aspects of brand photography is the collaboration between photographer and client - creating imagery that truly reflects who they are. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Rukmini Patel, an incredibly talented interior designer, to capture a fresh collection of photos and videos for her brand.

 

Rukmini first found me last year when she booked one of my mini session days. Since then, she’s undergone a stunning rebrand with The Brand Stylist and returned for my Essential Session to take her visuals to the next level. Returning clients like Rukmini make the creative process even more exciting - we get to build on our previous work and craft something even more refined and intentional. Like any shoot, this one came with a few obstacles - bad weather being the biggest challenge. But instead of settling for less-than-ideal conditions, we made the call to reschedule, ensuring we had the natural light needed to bring out the warmth and vibrancy of Rukmini’s brand. It was absolutely worth the wait!

 

I tailored this session to Rukmini's needs; capturing a mix of both photography and video, giving Rukmini a versatile range of content to use across her platforms. We captured:

Introduction Video – A chance for Rukmini to express more of who she is and connect with her audience.
B-Roll Clips – Short, curated moments for IG Stories and Reels to keep her content fresh and engaging.
