My Story
I’m so happy you’ve found me and I’m so excited to share with you a bit about my story!
I started my business after studying photography at university. Over the years I've covered various genres but above all else, my aim is to to produce heartfelt imagery that captures the heart and soul of who you are. Whether that be capturing a personal brand or a family, using my camera is what sets my soul on fire and there really is nothing else I'd want to do.
After graduating university, I soon went straight into the world of wedding photography - which I pursued part-time for 10 years. During this season, I had 3 children and loved the fact that I could build my business around my family life. But as the years went on and my children all started school, I realised that working weekends wasn’t going to be suited to me anymore. I needed a change in direction. I shot less and less weddings, and made my main focus Family Photography. I started to do the odd job here and there for businesses, which I LOVED, but it wasn’t until Covid hit in 2020 that all my other jobs completely ground to a halt over night and all my income completely dried up.
Businesses became more aware of how crucial it was to market themselves online, and in doing so, opened up greater need in terms of photography. Brands started to get in touch to see if they could post their products to me, and I instantly knew that was how I wanted to pivot my business. Taking someone’s product and creating unique imagery for them, through the use of light, composition, props and styling was something I instantly fell in love with. Drawing on years of experience from working at weddings and working alongside different stylists, I love how product and branding photography can take customers on a journey and ultimately, lead to higher sales!
So, that’s where I am today. I’m hugely passionate about working with female brands; showcasing YOU and giving you the tools to show up consistently for your audience. Building connection through your imagery and taking your customers on a visual journey.
